Fencing Technicians, often abbreviated as Fencing Tx, are skilled professionals who install, repair, and maintain various types of fences for residential, commercial, or agricultural properties. Their work involves measuring and marking fence lines, setting posts, attaching fencing materials, and ensuring the stability and durability of the finished product. Fencing technicians may work with materials such as wood, metal, vinyl, or wire, and often use specialized tools and machinery. They also evaluate site conditions and provide recommendations based on clients' needs and local regulations.

  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability and customer value.

Support Sales & Marketing
  • Develop product positioning and messaging.
  • Assist with product training and customer education.
  • Support strategic supplier relationships.

What Success Looks Like
Within the first 12 months:
  • Competitive intelligence process established.
  • Product and category roadmaps developed.
  • New product opportunities identified and prioritized.
