Job description

We are currently hiring a full-time experienced foreman fence installer. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead installer with a licensed fence contractor. Looking to hire as soon as possible!

Candidate must have experience installing and removing all types of fencing, including chain link, wrought iron, wood, etc., for residential and commercial properties.

Duties will include:

  • Load and inspect the work truck for all materials needed to complete the job you are given daily
  • Fill out daily logs of your workload for that day
  • Truck inspection and tool inspection are done daily before leaving the shop
  • Ability to supervise and lead over installation crew and effectively communicate with fellow employees and customers
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Going over all projects/plans with the salesman

Candidate must be aware:

  • The company will conduct background checks and use E-Verify to qualify to work on government job sites.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test

Holiday pay is provided to employees.

Our company operates Monday through Friday. Public works prevailing wage projects, government jobs, and school-based work are available. Experience in welding and operating heavy machinery (forklift, bobcat, etc.) is desired. Looking for an experienced lead Foreman; any applicant with no prior experience will not be considered for an interview.

The pay range for this position is based on the amount of experience.

Must have a valid driver's license.

References are desirable.
