Cascade Fence and Deck Repair Tech

The Repair Tech Role:

  • We provide company truck fully equipped with tools
  • You will be installing small jobs and repairs
  • Work with customers to provide an awesome experience
  • Fence repairs - gate rebuild, post replacements, section replacements, etc.
  • Deck repairs - post swaps, deck board replacements, railing section replacements, etc.
  • Sometimes you would do multiple jobs per day
  • You will be required to problem solve and efficiently decide on the fly as you work through the project
  • We work about 45-50 hours a week, everything over 40 is overtime
  • No mandatory Saturday work, but is available if you want more hours

  • We work all year around, rain or shine
  • You will be working on a lot of jobs, sometimes multiple jobs per day so you must be flexible and adaptive
  • It’s a lot of hard work so you can cancel your gym membership
  • Lifting heavy materials - pulling sets, mixing concrete

  • You will not like this if you are not good at figuring things out and deciding on the fly

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting wage between $30-$50 DOE and potential
  • No cap on your wage, as long as your bringing more value, we will pay you more

  • 2-3 weeks paid time off per year (accrual basis, the more you work the more you get)
  • Phone stipend depending on position
