Job description

Fence Installer – Full Time

Join a Growing Local Fence & Construction Company!

We're a reputable local construction company specializing in fencing, gates, patio covers, and more — and we're hiring full-time Fence Installers to join our field crew. If you have construction experience, know your way around tools, and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the installation of residential and commercial fencing

  • Use hand and power tools including drills, levels, and saws

  • Accurately read tape measures and construction drawings

  • Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean and organized

  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions, year-round

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

  • Ensure each fence is built to the highest standards of quality and safety

Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday, report to shop at 6:30 AM

  • Work 10–12 hour days, with potential for overtime

  • No remote work – all work is on-site/in-person

Requirements:
  • Fence or construction experience is REQUIRED

  • Must be able to work long hours in all weather conditions

  • Must have a valid driver’s license

  • Clean background and reliable transportation

  • Own basic workwear – appropriate clothing, work shoes/boots

  • Comfortable lifting 80+ lbs and working physically demanding days

  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-player mindset

  • Ability to use power tools, drill, level, and read a tape measure

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):
  • Fence building knowledge

  • Welding experience

  • Ability to operate small machinery or heavy equipment

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Pay: $17.00 – $22.00/hour, based on experience
