Job description

Summary of Function: Obtain fineblanking related projects which take advantage of the company’s strengths. Obtain sales and service the customers in the assigned territory. Must be able to establish own priorities. Communicate customer requirements and priorities to the manufacturing facility. Coordinate the Company’s effort to fulfill customer requirements. Establish Company priorities to provide excellent customer service and maximize long-term profits for the Company.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

· Communicate Feintool’s capabilities and limitations

· Perform application engineering for fineblanking feasibility and forming/fineblanking system feasibility (FFS)

· Submit and follow-up on quotations

· Coordinate feasibility review process

· Coordinate new program start up among customer and company.

· Provide problem resolution for customers and coordinate efforts

· Coordinate customer visits

· Perform fineblanking seminars for customers

· Contact person among customer and inside departments

· Attend trade shows, meetings and continuing education seminars

· Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts
