Job description

The Information Technology Manager will lead a small, focused team of up to five members, driving key IT initiatives such as infrastructure upgrades, software development, security enhancements, and cloud migration. This role involves strategic IT planning, overseeing cybersecurity measures, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance. The manager will also engage with vendors and lead project delivery, with staffing influence and occasional travel required. Growth opportunity potential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Oversee cybersecurity practices to protect company data and systems
  • Lead budgeting efforts and monitor IT expenditures
  • Direct IT projects including infrastructure upgrades, software development, security enhancements, and cloud migration
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
  • Optimize team performance and resource allocation
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in network administration and cybersecurity
