Position Summary


As a Jumper, you will assist our delivery drivers throughout the day by helping complete deliveries, reducing route times, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, working outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced team.


Responsibilities

  • Assist FedEx Ground drivers with residential and commercial package deliveries.
  • Load and unload packages safely and efficiently.
  • Help organize packages to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Ride along on delivery routes and complete deliveries as directed by the driver.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism.
  • Follow all FedEx safety procedures and company policies.


Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to pass a background check
