Job Description

Manage the Federal tax return compliance as well as the financial statement accounting for Income Taxes. 

  • Preparation, review and consolidation of Federal tax return, including reviewing the required estimates and extension payments.
  • Research and evaluating tax positions, review processes for information gathering and implementation of process improvements
  • Respond to requests from the IRS through our parent company including workpapers and other supporting documentation
  • Analyze the tax aspects of financial projections and forecasts
  • Preparation and review of account analysis as well as accurate preparation of tax information for financial statement purposes
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting. 

CPA, Master in Taxation or other advanced degree preferred

Knowledge and experience in US Income tax

7 or more years of Federal tax experience

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and SAP

CorpTax experience, CorpTax

Additional Information

$110K plus bonus
