Sales / Business Development Representative

We are a leading provider of construction & home repair services, focused on helping businesses and homeowners recover from damage. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality service and restoring both properties and peace of mind.

Our continued growth is powered by experienced project managers, skilled technicians, and dedicated support staff. We are seeking a Sales and Business Development Representative to help expand our market presence and drive new opportunities.


The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and networking
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and effectively position services
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Deliver professional presentations and confidently close business
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support successful project delivery
  • Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals

Success Metrics

  • Number of new client relationships developed

Qualifications
