We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven program support project manager to play a critical role in supporting enterprise program management. This position combines deep data analysis with strategic operations support to ensure effective coordination and alignment across high-priority initiatives. You will lead efforts to gather and analyze complex datasets, transforming them into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. In addition to preparing leadership-facing materials and managing follow-ups on action items, you will facilitate alignment across stakeholders to maintain program visibility, operational efficiency, and strategic momentum.

Your ability to exercise sound judgment and select appropriate delivery methods will be key to the success of small- to medium-sized projects, including recovering remedial engagements. In addition to providing direction and mentoring within the program team, you will influence decisions at the management level, manage customer expectations, and ensure deliverables meet or exceed standards. You will also support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and managing project scope to maximize impact.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $148,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Support project manager to join our Enterprise Program Management team. This role is essential in driving data collection efforts, analyzing large and complex datasets, and transforming that data into actionable insights that directly support decision-making across key programs. The analyst will play a strategic role in planning and supporting enterprise-level initiatives by developing meeting agendas, generating discussion-driving content, tracking outcomes, and ensuring timely follow-up on all action items. They will also coordinate and prepare presentation materials for weekly client system operations calls by working closely with content owners to ensure accuracy and alignment. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, experienced in translating data into strategic narratives, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
