Job description

As a Program Analyst (Data Analytics), you will provide advice to leadership at the Division and/or Branch level in leading and coordinating the efforts of other Agency professionals and contractors in solving complex and far reaching data management issues and problems.
Location of position: GSA, Federal Acquisition Service (FAS),  Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Program Management Service Center

The GS-14 salary range starts at $127,829 per year. Locality will be determined based on duty location.

To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. 

Specialized experience is leading and coordinating efforts in solving complex and far reaching data management issues and problems; applying a wide range of quantitative methods to identify problems, identify, extract, and analyze data.  This experience must include:

  • Conducting data analysis to improve program effectiveness and efficiency;
  • Collaborating with customers to implement information systems;
  • Executing observational analyses using software and/or programming languages (such as R. Python, SQL, or SAS) to explore/group data, test hypotheses, predict outcomes, and inform decisions for the Multiple Award Schedule; AND
  • Developing business data systems to present information to senior executive for use in the decision making process.
