We are looking for PeopleSoft Developer in Washington, DC for Fulltime position.

Title: PeopleSoft Developer HCM and FSCM Exp

Required Minimum Qualifications: 


(a) Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science/information systems, science, engineering, business management or related field is required. 


(b) Experience: At least ten (10) years' of IT experience and five (5) years' implementation and support experience with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM Modules in a techno-functional role.


(c) Licenses, Certifications: Certification in one or more of Oracle PeopleSoft HCM or FSCM modules is preferred.


(d) Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills & Abilities: 

Excellent understanding of business process knowledge of most of application modules in the areas of PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM. 

Oracle PeopleSoft Implementation and support experience with majority of the following application modules: HR, Time and Labor, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Payables, Receivables, Expenses, Project Costing, Contracts, eProcurement, UPK, Directory Interface, and Portal Pack modules. 

Hands on experience programming in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1 and HCM 9.1 (USFFederal version) and PeopleTools 8.51.25 PeopleTools using relevant tools, technologies and programming languages. The position requires experience in writing technical design specifications, code development, unit testing, conference room pilots, and implementation. Provide Subject Matter Expertise. Analysis, Technical Design, Development of Interface/Reports, Customizations, Testing, and Production issues Resolution. Installation and Setup of PeopleSoft. Migration of Objects between Environments, Execute implementation Scripts.

Very proficient with requirements development and management processes. Ability to quickly learn and understand relevant business process areas in support of NeighborWorks America enterprise and corporate business applications. Proficient with system development life cycle processes and application support processes. These include Water Fall

Incremental, and Agile Development Methodologies and various Service Management Processes.

Excellent team player with strong interpersonal, and communication skills including comprehension, written and verbal skills in assisting with business analysis and application development duties. 

Excellent facilitation skills for requirements gathering, analysis sessions, Business Stakeholder communication and presentation, and project team presentations. 

Excellent team facilitation skills for business process analysis, business requirements gathering, system analysis and design, Joint Application Development sessions, and Brainstorming sessions. 

Thorough understanding of security, process and internal and external audit compliance requirements, business continuity and disaster recovery requirements and knowledge of regulations and statutes applicable to enterprise business applications.


(e) Technology: 

Technical and business analysis proficiency with the Financial and HCM Application modules of Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). 

ERP implementation/upgrade Experience in HR, Time and Labor, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Payables, Receivables, Expenses, Project Costing, Contracts, eProcurement, Portal Pack (HCM, FSCM, ESA, Community), UPK, and Directory Interface modules PeopleSoft reporting tools (nVision, Crystal, PS Query), and PeopleSoft security administration and Workflow.

Knowledge and hands on experience of going live with new PeopleSoft modules, or upgrading existing modules

Actively involved as a technical resource in at least two full SDLC implementations of PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM

SQL and relational database technologies

Application Engine programming

PeopleCode programming

PeopleSoft Integration Tools

Process Scheduler

Visual Basic or similar language
