The Opportunity:
CACI is making a significant impact in the Intel community modernizing Human Capital Management by bringing commercial HCM capabilities to our federal customers. After all, it is not often you get to reimagine the way an organization manages their people. We are replacing a 20+ year old legacy system by modernizing the core technology, reducing the number of interdependent systems, and bringing user self-service to our customer. As a PeopleSoft HRMS Application Developer, this is your chance to work with the newest capabilities within Oracle PeopleSoft over the course of the multi-year program, with discussions underway to include digital chatbots to help the customer do more with less as the technology matures.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive technical solution design, development, deployment/cutover, and implementation covering all technical aspects of the PeopleSoft implementation lifecycle
  • Provide hands-on technical solutions to business challenges & translates them into process/technical solutions
  • Provide technical development, utilizing PeopleTools, and system design skills.
  • Work with the Requirements Analysts to understand user stories and deliver feature/capabilities each sprint
  • Analyze the impacts of vendor-provided updates and upgrades to the system;
  • Work with Product Owner and Requirements Analyst to suggest novel approaches to problems to minimize customizations of the product.
  • Provide production support by analyzing, designing, programming, and testing solutions to complex production problems.
  • Develop test scenarios and test cases.
  • Correct data in critical situations.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a computer-related field. Will consider experience in lieu of degree
  • Five (5) years of experience in information systems implementation, change management efforts or application process redesign
  • Three (3) years of technical development experience with PeopleSoftโ„ข HRMS ERP including recent experience with PeopleSoftโ„ข 9.x
  • Five (5) years' experience in developing, prototyping, and testing solutions for information systems implementation
  • Two (2) years of experience with ORACLE and SQL commands.
  • Technical development experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technology.
  • Technical development experience implementing PeopleSoftโ„ข.
  • Current and active TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph
  • Work onsite in Chantilly, VA

  • Experience applying broad management skills and specialized functional and technical expertise to lead information systems projects.
  • Experience providing subject matter expertise in industry, process, or technology areas.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
