PeopleSoft HCM Developer | Arlington, VA

Looking for an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Developer for an onsite opportunity in Arlington, VA.

📍 Location: Arlington, VA — LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY
🏢 Onsite: 5 days/week
🔐 Security Clearance: Active clearance required
💼 Employment: W2 ONLY — No C2C / No third-party candidates ( PLEASE )

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field
  • 5+ years of PeopleSoft development experience
  • 3+ years supporting PeopleSoft HCM in a Federal Government or comparable enterprise environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • PeopleTools & Application Designer
    • PeopleCode & Application Engine
    • Component Interface & Integration Broker
    • Process Scheduler
    • SQR
    • BI Publisher / XML Publisher
    • SQL
  • Experience supporting on-premises PeopleSoft production environments
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and migration planning is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a SAFe Agile development team
