Job Summary
EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for a General Clerk III in Arlington, VA.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Monitor and dispatch work orders received in the Maximo (eFOS+) start center.
• Contact the employee to give the description, priority, and the location of the work order. Inform the employee of the remaining response time on the work order.
• Log work orders on the Daily Work Order log sheet.
• Ensure the work order has the correct information, i.e., location, internal priority, and a clear description of the reported request.
• Follow up with the requestor for any missing or unclear information.
• Review and update the ticket to ensure the description is listed on the summary line of the work order.
• Approve and assign the work order to the employee.
• Create/complete service requests in Maximo (eFOS+)
• Audit work orders for accuracy prior to changing the work order to complete.
• Create reports in Maximo to show all open work orders and work with the employees to resolve prior to the month end.
• Create reports in Maximo - Missed Report, Open Report.
• Generate and assign PM work orders in Maximo (eFOS+)
• Perform monthly contract deliverables reports from Maximo (eFOS+) and submit to manager as required by the contract.
• Work with Microsoft Office Suite to produce professional, accurate documents as needed.
• Dispatch pest work orders to pest control company and log pest request.
• Follow up with the tenant for pest work orders.
• Provide 100% customer service
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent is required; Associate degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is preferred.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platform Teams.
• Must have excellent customer service.
• Must be willing to adhere to company policies.
• Must have U.S. Residency for the last 5 years.
