Job description

Provides leadership in managing and improving the Ambulatory Care access operations and business-related activities for the assigned Network locations for FCCC. Responsible for ensuring the multi-site locations within their assigned region are fully staff and operating smoothly and efficiently. Managerial oversight, for the functions and responsibilities of the Ambulatory Care representatives and Clinic Coordinators working at point of service Network locations for FCCC. 
Responsible for the daily staffing and oversight of day-to-day operations in all network locations for FCCC, as well as implementing and integrating the overall organizational strategies, policies and procedures. Collaborating with the Network location leadership on operational, financial, quality, and regulatory compliance at all network locations for FCCC.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in related field. Required or
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required
Experience
3 years supervisory experience with at least 1 year in a healthcare environment Required
5 years healthcare experience Required
General Experience with EPIC EMR Required
General Experience Previous experience in Multi-site healthcare management Preferred
