Job Summary B&A is seeking a Senior ISSE supporting the IT Infrastructure Division's Network Section is responsible for leading RMF cybersecurity engineering activities while also providing program and resource management oversight for enterprise network and infrastructure initiatives. This role combines technical cybersecurity leadership with program execution responsibilities, ensuring secure and efficient delivery of infrastructure-focused IT programs supporting FBI operations. Responsibilities * Lead cybersecurity engineering efforts across enterprise network and infrastructure systems. * Manage and oversee contractor cybersecurity teams executing RMF lifecycle activities. * Support program and resource management functions for IT infrastructure initiatives. * Coordinate security control implementation across network and enterprise environments. * Ensure proper system categorization, risk analysis, and compliance documentation. * Oversee security assessments and continuous monitoring activities. * Support planning and execution of infrastructure modernization and network initiatives. * Provide risk analysis and mitigation recommendations for enterprise IT systems. * Develop and present program and cybersecurity status reports to leadership. * Ensure compliance with FBI cybersecurity policies and federal standards. Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field (preferred). * 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering and/or IT infrastructure environments. * Experience managing or supporting IT programs, projects, or technical initiatives. * Background in enterprise network security or infrastructure operations preferred.
Required Skills * Strong knowledge of RMF and NIST cybersecurity frameworks. * Experience with IT infrastructure, networking, and enterprise systems. * Program or project coordination experience in technical environments. * Strong organizational and leadership skills. * Ability to manage competing priorities in complex environments. * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Certifications * CISSP (Required) * Security+ (Preferred) * PMP or program management certification (Preferred)
Security Clearance * Active Top-Secret clearance required * SCI eligibility preferred
