2nd (3pm-11pm) Shift Only - Pays an additional $1.50/hour shift premium. Maintenance Technicians.

Seeking a skilled EXPERT Maintenance Technician with extensive experience working on automation metal coating processing equipment.. This position does not require CNC experience but does involve strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with electrical systems (e.g. change electrical motors).

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and repairs on automated coating lines and fastener coatings processing machinery.

· Carry out PM inspections on coating machinery, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

· Troubleshoot equipment issues, including diagnosing problems with proximity sensors, motors, and electrical components.

· Conduct mechanical repairs and support overall equipment reliability.

· Assist in maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with maintenance procedures.

· Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

· Hands-on experience with industrial maintenance in manufacturing environments.

· Ability to check and replace proximity sensors, belts, electrical motors.

· Knowledge of basic electrical troubleshooting (no programming required).

· Understanding of preventive maintenance on automated coating equipment. .

· Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
