Join our Claims Academy - we are building the next generation of expert Claims Adjusters!

Location: Dubuque, Iowa - in office

Through our Claims Academy, you'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and support to build a long-term career in the insurance industry. From day one, you'll learn directly from experienced adjusters, trainers, and mentors who are fully invested in your success.

What You'll Do

As a Claims Adjuster, you'll learn how to guide individuals through the claims process and ensure they receive the support and resolution they need. You'll become the go-to person managing claims from start to finish. You'll build relationships and guide people primarily over the phone and through email, serving as their main point of contact throughout the claims process. Through our training program, you'll gain a strong understanding of insurance and claims principles so you can confidently and independently manage claims for our clients.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Investigating claims
  • Gathering and reviewing key information
  • Communicating with claimants, service providers, employers, and attorneys
  • Making decisions about coverage and claim outcomes
  • Negotiating and resolving claims
  • Managing multiple cases in an organized, timely manner
