Korn Ferry has partnered with an established, growth-oriented regional law firm in a search for a Litigation Attorney (6-10 years) to join its Capital Region office.

This role is built for a senior associate who wants real ownership over career path, direct visibility with leadership, and a fast path to partnership.

The work
  • Significant responsibility, including trial work
  • Manage a mix of commercial disputes, insurance defense, and environmental litigation
  • Take and defend depositions, appear in court, and participate in mediations and arbitrations

  • Work directly with clients, carriers, and firm leadership

Requirements
  • 6-10 years of litigation experience
  • Admitted to the New York Bar

Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 base + performance bonus
