Join a growing fashion company where you'll manage the production process from factory purchase orders through final delivery to retail customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the apparel, footwear, accessories, or consumer products industry who enjoys working with overseas factories, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

You'll collaborate daily with design, sales, sourcing, and international manufacturing partners to ensure products are produced on time, meet quality standards, stay within budget, and arrive on schedule. Experience using BlueCherry ERP, AS400, or similar ERP systems is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate production from purchase order placement through final delivery to retail customers.
  • Communicate daily with overseas factories and suppliers regarding production status, timelines, and quality.
  • Monitor production schedules, purchase orders, and shipping deadlines.
  • Track development samples, pre-production samples, approvals, and bulk production.
  • Partner with Design regarding product updates, specifications, and revisions.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service regarding customer orders and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain vendor communications and help negotiate pricing and production timelines.
  • Ensure products meet quality, fit, construction, and brand standards.
  • Coordinate freight, imports, customs documentation, and international shipping logistics.
  • Maintain accurate production records, purchase orders, and inventory information using AS400, BlueCherry ERP, Excel, and internal production systems.
  • Identify production delays or supply chain issues and proactively work with vendors to resolve them.

  • Experience using BlueCherry ERP, AS400, or other ERP/PLM systems preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple production calendars and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
