Tharps Farm Supply Inc is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Firebaugh, CA! This is a great opportunity to be part of a hardworking agricultural community and play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office duties including answering phones, filing, and data entry
  • Greet and assist customers and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Process and manage invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents
  • Support staff with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and organized filing systems
  • Assist with inventory tracking and supply ordering as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and communications
