Indiana Farmers Insurance is currently looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management team. This position will have the opportunity to work in the office, remotely or a hybrid schedule.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Responsibilities for the Commercial Lines Senior Product Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
  • Ten (10) or more years of progressively responsible experience in property and casualty insurance, product management, underwriting, actuarial, product development, or related business functions
  • Experience leading product strategy across complex or multiple lines of business
  • Experience managing product portfolios or broader line-of-business performance
  • Experience presenting strategic recommendations to executive leadership and leading enterprise-wide or cross-functional initiatives
