Position Overview
Michael Holton – State Farm Agency in Portland, OR is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to support policyholders with service inquiries, policy changes, and account support. This is a full-time office-based role.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to client inquiries about policies, billing, and claims support
• Assist with policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
• Maintain accurate customer and policy records
• Provide timely, friendly, and professional service to customers
