What is a Farmers Dog?

A Farmer's Dog, also known as a farm dog, is a type of working dog trained to help farmers with various tasks on a farm. Their primary roles often include herding livestock such as sheep or cattle, guarding the property, and sometimes assisting with pest control. These dogs are valued for their intelligence, agility, and loyalty, making them an essential part of farm operations. Common breeds used as farm dogs include Border Collies, Australian Shepherds, and Kelpies.

Team members work closely with nutrition experts and operations to resolve complex issues and are encouraged to share feedback for continuous improvement. Ongoing training and collaboration within a supportive team environment help address these challenges and ensure customers receive timely, helpful responses.
