The Manager of Creative Services leads the delivery of high-quality, on-brand creative work across digital, print, campaigns, and presentations. This role advances team capabilities by driving modern practices, including AI-assisted tools, workflow automation, and emerging design technologies. As a creative leader and coach, the Manager upholds brand standards while fostering innovation, continuous improvement, and impactful, result-driven execution.
What You'll Do:
- Translate business objectives into clear, creative direction, priorities, and deliverables.
- Lead development of integrated creative solutions that drive measurable outcomes
- Ensure all creatives align with audience needs, brand positioning, and organizational goals.
- Partner with stakeholders to align expectations, scope, and success criteria
- Establish and optimize scalable processes to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
- Manage intake, prioritization, and resource allocation to maximize team capacity.
- Track performance against timelines, quality standards, and service expectations
- Oversee external partners and budgets to support efficient execution.
