Farm Hubs often offer shared facilities, equipment, educational programs, and help with marketing and distribution. Their goal is to strengthen local food systems by making it easier for farmers to access tools, knowledge, and markets. They can take many forms, such as cooperatives, nonprofit organizations, or government-supported centers. Farm Hubs are vital for building resilient agricultural communities and supporting sustainable farming practices.

Job Description:

For decades, DTN has been the silent force behind some of the world’s most critical industries-helping businesses navigate complexity, uncertainty, and risk with smarter, faster decisions. From agriculture to energy to weather intelligence, our proprietary Operational Decisioning Platform transforms raw data into decision-grade insights-enabling companies to optimize supply chains, ensure market stability, and safeguard infrastructure against disruption. We don’t follow trends-we set the standard for precision, trust, and operational impact. DTN is at an exciting inflection point. Building off a foundation of financial strength, profitability, and industry trust, we’re accelerating growth and expanding our global footprint. Our purpose-built solutions-powed by AI and honed by decades of vertical expertise—are helping some of the world’s most significant enterprises thrive amid operational constraints and uncover new opportunities in a fast-changing world.

DTN is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Ag Hub to lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and product launches for our growing portfolio of agriculture intelligence solutions. Ag Hub brings together Farm Intelligence, Grain Intelligence, and Grain Discovery to help agriculture retailers, input manufacturers, financial providers, grain merchandisers, and originators replace fragmented tools and disconnected data with actionable customer and market intelligence. This high-visibility senior individual contributor role will shape how DTN introduces new capabilities to the market, differentiates its solutions from legacy tools and competitors, and communicates the value of Ag Hub to customers, prospects, partners, and internal commercial teams.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Own end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for new Ag Hub solutions, capabilities, and product launches
  • Develop and maintain differentiated positioning and messaging for Farm Intelligence, Grain Intelligence, and Grain Discovery
  • Tailor value propositions and market narratives for agriculture retail, grain, and financial-services buyers
  • Partner with Product Management to translate product roadmaps, customer research, and technical capabilities into clear customer value
  • Build launch strategies that support market readiness, commercial adoption, and post-launch performance measurement
  • Create sales enablement materials, including messaging frameworks, pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive positioning resources
  • Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with the messaging, tools, and market context needed to engage customers effectively
  • Monitor market feedback, win/loss trends, competitive activity, and product adoption metrics to continuously strengthen positioning
  • Represent the voice of the customer in product and go-to-market planning discussions
  • Ensure product launches and market narratives reflect the needs of growers, retailers, grain merchandisers, and other agriculture stakeholders
  • Collaborate across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive alignment and successful execution
What You Will Bring to the Position
  • 5-7+ years of product marketing experience, including responsibility for positioning and launching B2B SaaS or data and analytics products
  • Proven ability to translate complex or technical product capabilities into clear, compelling customer-facing narratives
  • Experience partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence presenting product strategy, positioning, and market insights to executives and customers
  • Experience experimenting with AI tools such as Claude or Microsoft Copilot
  • Familiarity with product marketing video and demonstration platforms such as Loom, Arcade, or Camtasia
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
What Will Make You Stand Out
  • Experience within agriculture, agtech, commodities, or another data-intensive industry such as energy, weather, or supply chain
  • Familiarity with sales intelligence, procurement intelligence, or grower and customer engagement platforms
  • Experience building or scaling product marketing processes within a growing SaaS organization
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree
  • Understanding of agriculture retail, grain origination, merchandising, or financial-services workflows
What You Can Expect from DTN
  • Competitive Salary
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Flexible working hours
  • Remote work model (position dependent)
  • Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans
  • 6% 401K matching
  • Unlimited access to 13k+ courses via learning platform to support employee career advancement
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Compensation
  • The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $95,000 and $123,000.

DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws.
