Who You Are

The Part Sales Representative will be responsible for serving customers by providing information about FANUC product and services in a professional, friendly and knowledgeable manner, accurately process orders and respond to customer inquiries. Communicate effectively both internally and externally to meet and exceed customer service expectations.

How It's Done

  • Providing exceptional telephone, email and chat support to internal and external inquiries
  • Receiving, processing and verifying accuracy of spare parts orders from customers
  • Generating and supplying quotes
  • Opening, updating and maintaining accounts information
  • Providing status updates and lead times for parts orders
  • Initiating required actions in response to order change requests, including the maintenance of the order, updating information files, communicating changes to appropriate departments
  • Collaborating with Operations, Accounting, Logistics and Technical Support groups to satisfy customer's delivery requirements
  • Expediting resolutions of customer's problems and complaints
  • Utilize multiple software applications simultaneously to process transactions, access information, and document activities.

What You Need

  • Associate degree in General Business or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in a customer service representative role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills- ability to effectively communicate, resolve problems and maintain good relations with internal and external customers.
  • Strong computer application skills, including Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.

FANUC America is seeking a qualified applicant for a Parts Sales Representativerole. The pay range for this position is $48,000 - $78,000per year. The pay range listed is based on both salary and other compensation, including bonuses and profit sharing, that an employee may be paid during their employment with FANUC America.

A compensation package offered to a successful applicant will ultimately be determined by consideration of a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, an applicant's geographic location, educational attainment, and level of experience.
