Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Arizona
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

This full-time telehealth role gives you the opportunity to provide meaningful therapy services while keeping a steady weekday schedule. You'll work with Arizona clients who are looking for support with communication, stress, relationship concerns, and healthier ways to move forward.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote therapy sessions
  • Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment plans
  • Help clients build healthier communication and coping skills
  • Provide support for individuals, couples, and families
  • Keep clinical notes accurate and current
  • Maintain professional and ethical care standards

Requirements

  • Active Arizona LMFT license
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
