Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health issues, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, monitor their progress regularly, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A nonjudgmental attitude and strong empathy are essential to effectively understand and support clients’ experiences.
