In-Home Therapy Clinician

Location: Randolph, MA

Required : Bilingual

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Flexible

Setting: Community-based (travel to client homes, schools, and community locations required)

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced In-Home Therapy Clinician to provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and their families in home and community settings. The clinician will work collaboratively with a paraprofessional case manager to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide individual and family therapy in home and community environments

  • Perform ongoing clinical assessments, risk management, and safety planning

  • Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community agencies

  • Supervise and coordinate with assigned paraprofessional staff/case managers

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EMR systems

  • Participate in care planning meetings including IEPs, discharge planning, and multidisciplinary reviews

  • Provide crisis intervention and decision-making coaching to clients and families

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a mental health-related field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related discipline)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children, families, or behavioral health populations

  • Licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts, such as:

  • LCSW / LICSW

  • LMHC

  • LMFT

  • Licensed Psychologist

  • Experience with evidence-based practices, including:

  • Family Therapy

  • DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)

  • Trauma-Informed Care

  • ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)

  • Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and care coordination skills

  • Core Competencies

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in community settings

  • Strong cultural and linguistic competence

  • Knowledge of child and family development
