Job description

New Hire Bonus Opportunity of $3000
Openings in 51 counties throughout Southern Indiana to include Daviess, Martin, Orange, Dubois, Crawford, Spencer, and Perry counties.

$47,028-$71,000 per year + Car (Personal Use Option Available) *


Starting rates vary based on education, experience, and licensure earned.


  • Therapists holding an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT will earn a base minimum of $58,000 annually (with potential increase based on experience).

  • Therapists holding an LSW, LMHC-a, or LMFT-a will earn a base minimum of $52,500 annually (with potential increase based on experience).

  • Those with temporary licenses or those who are not licensed eligible, but hold a Master's degree in a Human Service-related field and meet certain education requirements will earn a base minimum of $47,028 annually.

Salaried Therapists at IHBS are eligible for monthly bonuses based on exceeding face-to-face service hour goals — with no cap on the amount you can earn!
We also offer a bonus for earning licensure, up to $500 annually for Continuing Education reimbursement, and free supervision for licensure to help you advance your career.


Ireland Home Based Services is looking to grow and needs Home Based Therapists to build positive behavioral change with families and children. IHBS is a leader in this field and we have earned and maintained the Joint Commission accreditation for Behavioral Health Care. Come join our team of over 200 professionals providing cutting edge multi-modal interventions in Family Preservation and Reunification. Our Services are provided to adolescents, children, and families in the client's communities and homes. This opportunity could include working with youth on probation and their families.
An individual who may be eligible for the therapist position here at IHBS will meet the qualifications of one of the following:


  • Master's or Doctorate degree with a current license issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board

  • Master's degree with a temporary permit issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board

  • Master's degree in related human services field having completed a minimum of 24 post-secondary semester hours in a qualifying human services degree field.


A unique benefit is team members have the opportunity to drive company cars for work purposes, and can pay a fee to drive the car for personal use, if they qualify with satisfactory MVR. Based on statistics from AAA, paying a personal use fee for a company car could increase total compensation up to $7000-$8000 per year. Personal use fee pays for all fuel, maintenance, license and registration. You can also use this vehicle to drive for vacations! Don't put the wear and tear on your personal vehicle...drive a safe, reliable vehicle we provide!
Hours will include evenings and potentially some weekends. You would be required to travel to 2-3 counties per week.
