Position Details
Location: Indiana
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Indiana. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, help them work through relational challenges, emotional stressors, communication concerns, and life transitions, and create treatment plans that support meaningful progress.
Responsibilities
  • Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical, relational, and psychosocial history
  • Develop treatment plans based on client needs, goals, and presenting concerns
  • Support clients dealing with relationship conflict, communication issues, anxiety, grief, family stress, parenting concerns, and major life changes
  • Use evidence-based therapy approaches appropriate for marriage and family therapy
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes and documentation
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Follow all state, federal, and HIPAA requirements for telehealth counseling

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active Indiana LMFT license in good standing
  • Previous clinical experience working with individuals, couples, or families
  • Comfortable providing therapy through a telehealth platform
  • Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining professional clinical standards
  • Experience with EHR systems preferred
