Ireland Home Based Services (IHBS) is a leading behavioral health provider offering in-home therapy, counseling, and family support across Southern Indiana. For over 25 years, we've delivered evidence-based care focused on family preservation, reunification, and youth behavioral health. We are hiring Family Therapists to join our growing team across Southern Indiana. In this role, you'll provide individual, family, and group counseling to children, adolescents, and families in their homes and communities. You'll help clients build coping skills, strengthen family relationships, and achieve emotional stability. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home therapy and behavioral health services for children, teens, and families
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
  • Deliver counseling and interventions to support emotional regulation and family reunification
  • Collaborate with case managers, schools, probation officers, and community partners
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Attend supervision and professional development sessions
  • Travel between assigned counties (2-3 per week) - evening or occasional weekend hours required

Qualifications

  • Master's degree and current license issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling
    OR
  • Master's degree with a temporary permit issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling
    OR
  • Master's degree in a related human services field having completed a minimum of 24 post-secondary semester hours in a qualifying human services field.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (for company vehicle eligibility)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Genuine passion for helping children and families create lasting change


Locations: Openings across 51 Southern Indiana counties, including Knox, Pike, Gibson, Warrick, Vanderburgh, and Posey.

Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours. Evenings and weekends as necessary to meet client needs.

Compensation: $47,028-$71,000 annually (based on education, experience, licensure and earned bonus hours)

  • LCSW / LMHC / LMFT - Base minimum $58,000+
  • LSW / LMHC-A / LMFT-A - Base minimum $52,500+
  • Master's-level - Base minimum $47,028+
