Ongoing training in teletherapy practices and regular peer consultation also help remote MFTs adapt and feel supported. While working remotely can initially feel isolating, most organizations offer virtual team meetings and supervision to foster connection and professional growth.

These capabilities are vital for delivering effective therapy, maintaining client trust, and ensuring ethical, confidential care in a remote environment.
