Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist | Indiana Telehealth Clinical Role

Position Details

Location: Indiana
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Role Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $115,000-$120,000 per year with benefits
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide online therapy services to clients throughout Indiana. This role involves working with people who are navigating relationship challenges, family tension, emotional distress, communication breakdowns, and personal transitions that affect their daily lives.

As a remote LMFT, you will use your clinical training to guide clients through structured therapy sessions, help them better understand their experiences, and support healthier decision-making within their relationships and family systems. The work is client-facing, documentation-focused, and grounded in consistent therapeutic care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote marriage and family therapy services through secure video sessions
  • Complete clinical intakes and identify client concerns, strengths, and treatment needs
  • Build treatment plans with measurable goals and appropriate therapeutic interventions
  • Support clients experiencing couple conflict, separation stress, blended family challenges, parenting concerns, trauma-related stress, and communication issues
  • Use family systems-based approaches and other clinically appropriate methods
  • Track client progress and revise treatment plans when needed
  • Keep clinical records organized, accurate, and up to date
  • Maintain professional boundaries and follow all telehealth care standards
  • Participate in care coordination when clinically appropriate

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active Indiana LMFT license in good standing
  • Previous clinical experience working with individuals, couples, or families
  • Comfortable providing therapy through a telehealth platform
  • Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining professional clinical standards
  • Experience with EHR systems preferred
