What You'll Do
As our Family Practice Provider you'll be the guide. Meeting, assessing and diagnosing patients in the health center, as well as prescribing patients with appropriate medication, health regimens and lifestyle adjustments that will contribute to their recovery, prevent future health issues and promote a healthier lifestyle.
We keep caseloads manageable with no more than 2-3 patients an hour and no double bookings, you'll have the time you need to focus on each individual as a person rather than a number.

Provider-Part Time Schedule: Monday 8a-5p and Tuesday 7a-4p (no nights, weekends, or on call set up)
Responsibilities:
  • Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care to patients
  • Provide health services such as initial worker's comp evaluation, occupational and pre-employment physicals and screenings
  • Conduct histories and physical examinations, working with patients to develop treatment plans
  • Prescribe and dispense medications, educate, and advise on medical issues as needed
  • Promote wellness educational programs
  • Maintain patient confidence and ensure confidentiality of patient care information

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Graduate of an accredited APRN program approved by the Florida Board of Nursing
  • Autonomous Designation
  • 2+ years of clinical experience as an APRN, preferably in primary or urgent care setting
  • Current and unrestricted APRN license (Florida)
  • Dispensing license (Florida) or willing to obtain one upon hire
  • DOT certified or willing to obtain upon hire
  • DEA license
  • BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
  • Experience performing Well Women Exams

Preferred Skills: Experience in primary or urgent care setting and ability to perform GYN care and well women exams
