Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Location: Clewiston, FL

Overview:
Our well-established, patient-centered family practice in Clewiston is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan. Our role offers a Monday–Friday, no-call schedule within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

Position Offers:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Full-time, 1099 contract opportunity
  • Competitive pay: $65/hour
  • No nights, weekends, or call
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive health assessments, including history taking and physical exams for patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, developing individualized treatment plans
  • Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests and lab results
  • Educate patients and families on disease prevention, chronic disease management, and lifestyle modifications
  • Document encounters and manage patient information in the EHR
  • Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide culturally competent, bilingual (English/Spanish) care to a diverse patient population
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Current national FNP certification (AANP or ANCC) and Florida APRN license (or ability to obtain)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Prior primary care or family practice experience strongly preserved
  • Must obtain and hold own malpractice insurance
