This role offers the opportunity to provide direct patient care in a supportive, professional environment with a strong focus on patient outcomes, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Position Summary

The APRN/PA will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patient care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about providing comprehensive medical care to diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history-taking, physical exams, and diagnostic interpretation.
  • Develop and implement patient management and treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications, therapies, and interventions in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
  • Provide patient education and counseling on treatment options, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Adhere to clinical protocols, best practices, and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff training, and continuing education.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Nursing (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
  • Current and unrestricted Florida APRN or PA license.
  • National certification (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA, or equivalent).
  • Current DEA license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • BLS and ACLS certification required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred (primary care, urgent care, or specialty clinic).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and technology-driven care.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
