Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a strong background in wound care to join our dedicated healthcare team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on patient outcomes while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, and diagnoses, and develop individualized wound care treatment plans.

  • Administer advanced wound treatments including debridement, negative pressure therapy, and application of grafts.

  • Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed.

  • Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams.

  • Educate patients and caregivers on proper wound care practices and preventive strategies.

  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

  • Uphold and promote a high standard of patient care and service excellence.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: 2–4 years of clinical experience in wound care is required. Experience with grafts is a strong advantage.

  • Licensure: Valid and active APRN license to practice in the concerned state (MD, FL, OR, MI) is required.

  • Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial and self-driven approach to clinical practice; Multilingual abilities are a plus

  • Availability: Immediate availability is preferred, with the ability to quickly integrate into our team and start making a difference.
