Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (APRN)

Join a mission-driven healthcare organization serving the Casa Grande, Arizona community with a strong focus on quality patient care, provider support, and work-life balance. We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a collaborative outpatient primary care team.

This clinic offers a highly supportive environment with full clinical support staff, manageable patient volumes, and a 4-day workweek with no weekend responsibilities.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time outpatient primary care position
  • 4x10-hour schedule
  • No weekends required
  • Phone call only
  • Full support staff available
  • Patient volume up to 22 patients per day
  • Open to experienced providers as well as new graduates already licensed in Arizona

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $110,000
  • Additional $12,000 annual rural stipend
  • Productivity bonus opportunities
  • Employer-paid health insurance (100% of premium covered)

Requirements
