Join a missiondriven community health practice in western New York, where you will provide personcentered family planning care to a diverse patient population. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive reproductivehealth visits, tailor contraceptive plans to each individual, and deliver education, counseling, and medical management in a supportive environment.   • Experience providing family planning and contraceptive services, including longacting reversible contraceptives.
  • Strong knowledge of contraception options, STI screening, and reproductivehealth guidelines.
  • Proficient in electronic health records and basic office software.
  • Trained as a Family Planning Nurse Practitioner or Family/Adult Nurse Practitioner.
  • Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
