Job Title: House Manager & Family Assistant (with meal prep support)Location: Herndon, VA 20171Employment Type: Part-time (15 hours/week)Schedule:

3 days per week, 5 hours per day.

Days & Hours: Monday plus flexibility to choose the other two days from Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday within the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

  • Daily resets and prep home for cleaners (1x weekly, Tuesdays)
  • Light tidying (dishes, surfaces, vacuum high-traffic areas)
  • Occasional event/holiday/guest prep
  • Unpacking for travel
  • Change water for flowers as needed
  • Change batteries, light bulbs, smoke detectors, etc.
Meal Planning & Prep
  • Prep healthy meals (3-4x weekly) and snacks (e.g., rinsed and sliced fruits & vegetables)
  • Prep simple lunches for adults (3-4x weekly)
  • Contribute to grocery list for prepped meals
  • Follow dietary needs/preferences (tree nut allergy, overall healthy diet)
  • Kitchen clean-up and maintenance
Laundry & Linen Care
  • Wash/fold/organize laundry
  • Ironing/steaming and special garment care
