What are the typical day-to-day responsibilities of someone working in falls prevention?

A professional in Falls Prevention regularly assesses patient environments and individual risk factors, develops and implements personalized intervention plans, and educates patients, families, and staff on fall prevention techniques. Daily tasks may include conducting safety audits, leading balance and mobility exercises, and reporting or investigating fall incidents to improve future practices.
