We are looking for a self-starter with a positive attitude who wants to learn the basics of customer care, order fulfillment and business operations.
Job Description
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented intern to help us across e-commerce and social media channels. This intern will have a very hands on experience, learning how media planning is crucial at a small, evolving company in the fashion industry. The tasks will range from keeping our site up to date with the latest inventory, merchandising the site according to new arrivals, planning social media posts, etc. This intern will have the chance to be challenged both creatively and analytically, while adding value to an innovative company.
Responsibilities include:
  • Execute website updates including site content, product information, blog posts, editorial images, and any ongoing sales
  • Contribute to new processes that streamline e-commerce workflow
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and social media strategies
  • Coordinate ad campaigns with the brand initiatives and align with incoming inventory

Qualifications
Applicant must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program during the Fall 2019 semester
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Visio)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Extremely organized, diligent, detail-oriented and motivated
  • Eagerness to learn and expand into other departments when necessary
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Passion for the digital and fashion industry
  • Experience with Shopify is a plus
  • Minimum 2-3 days a week
