Accelerated Growth You will lead complex, high-visibility engagements while gaining exposure to advanced modeling tools, automation, AI-augmented workflows, and field technologies. This position offers a clear path toward broader studio leadership and strategic client ownership.

Strategic Influence You will help clients identify process improvements, drive standardization, and shape digital delivery strategies across projects and organizations.

What You Will Lead

Delivery of High-Quality VDC Projects Own project execution from modeling strategy to clash coordination, model management, and field deliverables. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery aligned with VIATechnik standards.

Client Relationship Development Lead client meetings, present technical work with clarity, and surface opportunities for enhanced coordination, workflow improvement, or expanded service offerings.

Team Capability and Standardization Coach, mentor, and develop BIM specialists and project teams. Drive consistency in deliverables, reduce rework, and elevate team performance through structured training and expectations.

Technology and Innovation Evaluate, pilot, and integrate emerging tools including AI-enabled workflows, automation, and field technologies that improve reliability and efficiency in VDC execution.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • You thrive in a fast-paced digital consulting environment.
  • You approach coordination challenges with structure, rigor, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • You can clearly communicate technical issues and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You take ownership of team development, client satisfaction, and delivery quality.
  • You enjoy improving workflows and implementing new technology to elevate performance.

First-Year Success Indicators

  • Multiple high-quality BIM/VDC engagements delivered on schedule and to standard.
  • Trusted advisor status with key clients, supported by repeat engagements and strong feedback.
  • Improved workflow consistency, reduced rework, and stronger team capability.
  • At least one successful pilot of an AI-enabled or advanced technology workflow.
  • Standardized templates, handoff procedures, and execution practices across assigned projects.
