Roots Studio, M&P empowers mechanical and piping trade contractors to deliver projects with greater efficiency and precision. We leverage VDC and BIM from design assist through construction and fabrication, streamlining workflows to save time, reduce material waste, and minimize labor costs. The role:

Lead digital coordination at the front edge of virtual construction. We're hiring a VDC Manager to lead complex Mechanical & Plumbing (M&P) modeling and coordination across high-impact projects nationwide. This leadership role offers the chance to deliver fabrication-ready models, mentor a growing VDC team, and collaborate with senior technical leaders to reshape how digital construction is executed.

• Innovation-Focused – Identify and implement new software, tools and automation in VDC workflows to drive industry change.
• Real-World Impact – Influence construction timelines, budget certainty, and field installation success.

• Have led VDC or BIM coordination efforts in MEP or M&P-intensive projects from design to fabrication and installation.
• Are confident managing project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and technical execution.
• Want to coach and scale a technical team while evolving workflows.
• Can bring structure and leadership to a remote, fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.

Compensation and featured benefits:

• The pay for this position is $100,000 – $130,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience
• Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen)
• Dental and vision insurance. We cover up to 75% of the monthly insurance premiums for VIATechies and up to 50% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plans chosen)
