Manchester University’s School of Health Professions & Nursing invites applications for a Lecturer of Nursing to teach in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program. This role offers an opportunity to educate, mentor, and inspire the next generation of nurses while contributing to a supportive, mission-driven learning environment.


What You'll Do:

  • Teach assigned courses in classroom, laboratory, and/or clinical settings within the BSN curriculum.

  • Develop and deliver engaging course content aligned with program learning outcomes and accreditation standards.

  • Evaluate student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.

  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative learning environment that promotes student growth and success.

  • Collaborate with program faculty and participate in course or clinical meetings as appropriate.


What You'll Need:

  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Indiana.

  • Minimum of two years of recent clinical experience.

  • Prior teaching experience in higher education or as a clinical instructor preferred.

  • Demonstrated commitment to nursing education, student engagement, and professional practice excellence.
