Experienced Emergency Room RNs—this is a unique opportunity for nurses who are confident managing both emergency patients and admitted boarders.

📍 Location: IN
🩺 Specialty: Emergency Room RN
🕒 Shift: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (7A–7P / 7P–7A)
📅 13-Week Travel Contract

Requirements:

✅ 2+ years of recent ER experience (Community Hospital or Critical Access Hospital preferred)
✅ Previous experience boarding admitted patients in the ER
Cerner experience required
✅ BLS, ACLS, PALS & NIHSS required (TNCC & ENPC preferred)
✅ Comfortable floating to Med-Surg and CCU while functioning as an ER RN

Unit Highlights:
  • 26-bed Emergency Department with 3 trauma bays
  • 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
  • Approximately 60 patients per day
  • Treats adult & pediatric emergencies
  • Experience with IVs, EKG interpretation, stroke, chest pain, respiratory distress, moderate sedation, and trauma stabilization
  • Every 3rd weekend | No call
  • Self-scheduling after orientation
