What is a Factory Rep?

A Factory Rep, short for Factory Representative, is a professional who acts as a liaison between a manufacturing company (the factory) and its customers, distributors, or dealers. Their main role is to promote and sell the company's products, provide product information, and assist with technical support or training. Factory Reps often travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and gather feedback to relay back to the manufacturer. They play a crucial role in building customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction with the company's products.
