Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) | Part-Time | Outpatient | Marysville, OH

As a Licensed Massage Therapist supporting the Honda Development & Manufacturing of America campuses, you'll provide medical massage care tailored to factory associates, focusing on real results, recovery, and well-being.

With over 25 years of partnership, H2 Health has established a trusted and collaborative presence across Honda's Ohio locations. Our LMTs work in specialized, well-equipped spaces, collaborating with physical therapists, occupational health providers, and safety professionals, all committed to keeping Honda's team healthy, mobile, and pain-free.

Your Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our Honda care team, primarily supporting evening shifts at the Marysville Auto Plant (MAP) and East Liberty Auto Plant (ELP). This part-time role is ideal for someone passionate about therapeutic, medical massage and ready to contribute to a meaningful, patient-centered care model.

  • Provide targeted massage therapy for musculoskeletal complaints (upper back, neck, UE)
  • Collaborate closely with PTs, LMTs, and the wellness team across industrial and wellness clinic environments
  • Deliver 30-minute treatments within a structured, results-driven model
  • Opportunity to support private-pay wellness massage services as needed
  • Flexible schedule with consistent weekday evening shifts (approx. 6-12+ hours/week)

Requirements

  • Current Ohio Massage Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team
  • Clinical massage experience preferred, but not required
  • New graduate LMTs are encouraged to apply
