Valley City for a 
Concrete Factory Production Associate
 
Concrete Factory Production Associate – Valley City, OH

$18.25/hr to start – Progressive pay Scale - Overtime Available 

No Experience Needed – We Will Train!
 
Must be willing to submit to a Nationwide Background Check and be able to pass a DOT Drug Test. 

Does NOT test for THC, but THC is NOT permitted on the job and can lead to termination. 
 
This is a temp to hire position with the ultimate goal of you transitioning to a full time employee of the client and growing in your career in the precast concrete industry.

What You’ll Do:
  • Produce high-quality precast concrete products
  • Strip and set up concrete forms
  • Read shop drawings/blueprints
  • Maintain a clean & safe work area (5S)
  • Operate forklifts, cranes, and production equipment (training provided)
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance
What We’re Looking For:
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
  • Ability excel in a labor intensive position
  • Comfortable working indoors & outdoors in varying conditions
  • Experience with concrete, heavy equipment, or blueprints a plus (but not required)
Work Environment:
Partly climate-controlled, with exposure to noise, dust, and outdoor elements.
